There are many wonderful Christmas events taking place in the Cotswolds this year, however if you want to make sure to get a meeting in with the big man himself, we reveal the locations where children can meet the one and only Santa Claus in our list below. Meet Santa at Cotswold Farm Park
Experience the joy of the season at Cotswold farm park where you can bring the family to meet Santa in either a daytime or night time experience. Families can have a 1:1 visit with Santa ( pre booking essential) Enjoy decorating your own gingerbread, bring a toy you have made to life and choosing your own present from the elves workshop!

Travel to the north pole by train and meet Santa! Walk through a wonderland of trees, lights and decorations to where Santa will be waiting to speak to all the children. Admission incluses complimentary refreshments of mince pies, biscuits and fruit, hot and cold drinks and a top quality present for the children.

Meet Santa in the drawing room of Newark Park National Trust. Make sure you wrap up 3warm to enjoy the children’s trail and beautiful grounds of this beautiful stately home after a chat with the big man. A small gift will be included in the admission price. Pre booking essential.

Santas Grotto at Batsford Arboretum
Step in to the enchanting world of Christmas at Batsford Arboretum! Bring joy to your little ones with a visit to Santa in the heart of Basford’s enchanting landscape. Children will visit Santa in small groups of up 6 children and receive a small gift.

Breakfast with Santa at Slimbridge
Visit Santa at Slimbridge wetland centre. Visit Santa in his grotto and receive a small gift before heading to the festive kingfisher kitchen for a full English breakfast. Afterwards explore the wonderful wetlands and wildlife spotting.

Santa Experiences Further Afield
If you don’t mind travelling further afield, the excellent stories with Santa is back at Warwick Castle this year, where children get to meet the Santa and Mrs Claus, receive a gift and afterwards visit the castle and its many attractions, including the Zog playground, horrible histories maze, as well as explore the state rooms inside the castle and the castle grounds.
Magic Alley in Stratford-Upon-Avon have the unique ‘Christmas in the Crystal Kingdom’ experience where children have to complete a series of puzzles and clues as they move through themed rooms meeting the Ice Queen and the elves until they get to meet Father Christmas and receive a gift.
The Evesham Light Railway Santa Special returns where you can meet Santa and his eleves in a festive log cabin and enjoy seasonal refreshments.
In the Forest of Dean, take the twilight express to meet Santa at the Perrygrove Light Railway, or follow the adventures of a baby polar bear before your visit to Santa at Clearwell caves.
