Step by Step:
There are leaflets available of the walks a the Cotswold Water park available for £1 from the visitor centre. (This is Cotswold Water Park Route 1)
Adjacent to the gateway centre you will find the start of the tow path, of the Thames and Severn Canal. At the signpost,, turn right crossing a wooden bridge and then continue along the path following the shore of the lake. When you get to the far left corner of the field you will go through a metal kissing gate, go through the gate and turn right continuing to follow the path with the river on your right hand side.
Cross over the river and pass through another metal gate, taking you in to the hotel grounds. Turn left and follow the car park back to the gateway building. You can adjust this walk to make it longer if you are out with older children .
